Homemade Mask For Dry Skin


1. Banana face pack:


Ingredients Required

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Process:


  • Smash the banana
  • Add honey and olive oil
  • Mix them to make a smooth paste
  • Apply all over the face 
  • Rinse with water after 10 minutes.


Benefits:


Honey helps in enhancing the moisture, while banana and olive oil help reduce and neutralize the bad effects on the skin. 

Assuring to its antioxidant properties, olive oil is said to regulate skin’s sebum production. Hence, the face pack offers relaxing, smoothing, and moisturizing effects.


2. Oat Almond Face Pack:


Ingredients:

  • 5-6 Almonds
  • 2 tbsp Oats
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Honey


Process:


Grind almonds and oats to make a fine paste. Also, add honey and yogurt to make a smooth paste out of it. Apply the pack and wash it after 15 minutes.


Benefits:


Almonds rejuvenate the skin, oats moisturizes the skin and yogurt tightens and brightens it along with making it soft and soothing.


3. Milk Face Pack:


Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp milk
  • 1 tsp of overnight soaked Almond paste
  • 1 tsp Aloe Vera gel and
  • 2 drops of Essential Oil
  • 1 tbsp runny honey


Process:


Mix all the ingredients, apply on the face, leave it on for 15-20minutes, and wash it with warm water. This is one of the simplest dry skin homemade face masks.


  • Take some milk.
  • Almond paste.
  • Add honey.
  • Add Aloe vera gel.
  • Make a smooth paste.


4. Cocoa Mask:


This one is unique for those who have dry skin and an oily tone.


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp grounded Oatmeal or Besan
  • 2 tsp of Coconut Milk


Process


Mix all the ingredients to make a fine and thick paste

 Apply it on the face and rinse it after sometime


  • Take a cocoa powder.
  • Add honey.
  • Add besan.
  • Add coconut milk.
  • Make a smooth paste.


The ingredients are easily available in the kitchen, thus avoiding the risk of chemical ingredients.

5. Yogurt and Rose Face Pack:


Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Rose Water
  • 1 small bowl of Rose Petals



Process


Mix all the ingredients to make a fine paste 

Apply all over the face to wash it after 20 minutes.


6. Rose Face Pack:


Ingredients:

  • Rose Flower
  • Oats
  • Water

Process


Take Rose, add 2/3 tsp of powdered Oats and water 

Make a smooth paste of it.

Once the pack is applied, wash your face with milk and apply rose water using a cotton ball.

When dried, wash it with water and then apply the face pack

Leave it for 10-20 minutes and then wash it off with normal water


Benefits:

It is best for all skin types. It has a tonic effect on the capillaries just below the skin surface, hence making it useful in reducing the redness caused by expanded capillaries
